Returns & Refunds Policy

1. The 14-Day "Cooling Off" Ritual 

We want you to love your Ruva piece. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like a return.

• How to start:  Email us at andra@ruvastudios.com 

• The Deadline: Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to get the items back to our Dublin studio.

2. Condition of Return

Because our jewelry is part of a ritual, we can only accept returns if:

• The jewelry is unworn and in its original condition.

• The Manifestation Cards are unplanted, untorn, and in pristine condition.

• The items are in their original packaging.

3. What Can’t Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Earrings: If the hygiene seal is broken or the packaging has been opened.

• Personalised Items: Any pieces custom-made or engraved specifically for you.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll trigger your refund within 14 days.

• What we refund: The full price of the item plus the standard delivery cost you paid at checkout.

• The Method: We refund to your original payment method. No exceptions.

5. Shipping Costs

• Change of Mind: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service (like An Post Registered Post), as we can't refund items that get lost in the mail.

• Faulty Items: If your piece arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.

6. Our "Ruva Promise" (Faulty Goods)

Under Irish law, you are protected if goods are faulty. If your steel fails or the "pour" is defective, contact us immediately.
