Terms of Service

1. The Agreement

By using our website and purchasing a Ruva Studio ritual or jewelry piece, you agree to these terms. This contract is governed by the laws of Ireland. We reserve the right to update these terms as our studio grows.

2. Accuracy of Information

We take great care to photograph our "pours" and steel pieces accurately. However, because each piece is unique and digital screens vary, slight color differences may occur. These are the marks of a boutique brand and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT (if applicable).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but once you’ve placed an order, the price is locked in.

  • When you pay be aware that your data is encrypted and secure.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship from Dublin via An Post. 

  • Processing Time: As a boutique studio, please allow 1 business day for us to pack your ritual before shipping.

  • Liability: Once we hand your order to the carrier, the delivery time is in their hands. If a package goes missing, we will work with you and the carrier to find a solution.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Ruva Ritual," the "I AM" card designs, our logo, and our website content belong to Ruva Studio. You are welcome to share photos of your pieces on social media (we love to see them!), but copying our designs or content for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We’re a brand built on connection and respect. We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone who displays abusive behavior or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

7. Limitations of Liability

Ruva Studio jewelry is intended for wear by adults. Small parts (like jump rings or beads) can be a choking hazard for children. We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the misuse of our products.

8. The "Seeded Paper" Disclaimer

While we provide high-quality seeded paper, the "Bloom" depends on your care, soil, and Irish weather! We cannot guarantee 100% germination for every single plant, as nature has its own plans.
