Shipping policy

1. Processing Times (The Studio Prep)

We know you’re excited to start your ritual.

  • Our Promise: All orders are packed and ready to go within one business day.

  • Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Provider & Method

We trust An Post (Ireland’s national postal service) to deliver your rituals safely.

  • Domestic (Ireland): All orders are sent via Standard or Registered Post.

  • Tracking: If you choose a tracked service at checkout, you will receive your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

3. Estimated Delivery Times  

Once your package is with An Post, please allow 5 working days for delivery within Ireland.

  • Note: While most packages arrive sooner, factors like peak seasons (Christmas), extreme weather, or postal strikes are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience during these times.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery

Please double-check your Eircode and address at checkout!

  • If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected from the post office, we will have to charge a small re-delivery fee to send it out a second time.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package hasn't arrived after 10 working days (Ireland)  please contact us at andra@ruvastudios.com

  • If your ritual arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the product immediately and send it to us so we can make it right.
